Dear Praying Friends,
Thank you very much for your prayers and support. The Lord has really blessed me with this opportunity to come to Peru and work and learn from Jeremy Hall. It has been great being able to see what missionary life is really like. Thank you for all of the money that you have given me for this opportunity to serve God here in Peru.
I have now been in Peru for three months it is hard to believe how fast the time passes. I finished my first book in language school, which is all about verbs in the present tense. I will now be moving to verbs in past tense with my second book. It is encouraging cause I will be able to understand even more as I go through this book.
For the past week I was able to help Jeremy move houses, which included much painting and cleaning. This past Sunday I was able to help in a special service for all the married couples of the church. About 17 couples renewed their vows as a part of the service. Afterwards I was able to help with the banquet and serve food and drinks to the couples and guests.
For the past month now I have been working on the website for Omega www.iglesiaomega.info. It has been a good bit of work and a learning experience. But I am very grateful for the opportunity to help out in this area. The website is not completely finished I still have a few more pages to add and fix. After I am finished I will be teaching someone to fix and update it here which I am looking forward to.
