On the evening of Christmas Eve, we will gather for an intentionally simple, but meaningful time to celebrating the gift given to us in the person of Jesus Christ. So that we can be best be prepared for those who will attend we would like to kindly ask you to reserve the seats you would need.

Here are some ways we plan to celebrate Christmas Eve together. 

• Congregational singing of Christmas carols and new Christmas songs. 
• Candlelight portion of the service to remind us that Jesus is the light of the world. (Electronic candles will be given to the children when they enter the auditorium. Real candles will be given to the adults to be lit during the service.)
• Short encouragement from the Bible that will help the young and old alike understand the significance of the passage that states, “His name shall be called Jesus.”
• Though this is not a “formal event” and we encourage you to come in a relaxed and comfortable manner, our time together will be serious about our expression of joy. 

This is a wonderful tradition that helps us all “make room” in the busyness of the season to set our hearts and mind on the real reason for the season.
