Building Project Update:
We praise the Lord once again for His blessings on our building project in Bolivia. It seems as if the momentum is building. One of the things that we have seen is that the Lord can bless in many ways and from many unexpected places. This past month we had some great friends from our home church that gave $400 towards the project. Then we also had some missionary friends give $500. For two months now we have had one of our supporting churches send $250 for a $500 total and we also had a church that is not even one of our regular supporters give $100. That brings the grand total to $7100 so far to buy the piece of land that we need. While we still have a ways to go, I stand amazed at how in just a few months that the Lord has blessed so much. So many have sacrificially given and we don’t take your sacrifice for granted. Just remember that anyone can give and whatever the Lord allows you to give can have a great impact on reaching Bolivia with the Gospel. In the next few months we are going to be starting a new building fund campaign at our church in Bolivia. They have already been giving and are very excited about the prospect of having their own piece of land and church building. We know that we serve a great God that can do great things and we are trusting in Him. If you would like to have a part please Email me at kwhite@mwbm.org and send to:

Ministry News:
In Bolivia they are now coming out of their rainy season, which usually lasts from Jan – Mar. During this time we can get heavy rains and even thunderstorms with hail and high winds. Many times because we live in a large valley there is terrible flooding. This past month in one of the towns outside of our city they had major floods for days, which resulted in damage to homes and roads. Our church began to take up special offerings of cloths, food, and other goods; to take to those that were affected. I was blessed to see the response as they filled up the back of a pickup truck and delivered the goods to the people personally, taking the opportunity to witness to them and pray with them.
Update on my Dad:
Things over the past few weeks have been both crazy and challenging with my dad’s sickness. It was a little over a month ago that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The doctors at that time told him that he probably had a year or less. They initially tried some chemotherapy and radiation but he was too weak and after three treatments they stopped them all together. Since that time he has gone down hill very quickly. He is now often barely able to walk and because of the medicines that he is taking he is confused most of the time. Things have really been up and down for him, at times looking like he may only have a few weeks and then other times he is up walking and eating really well. It has been heartbreaking to see my dad go through this, but through it all we have trusted the Lord and our desire is that He be glorified. We want to thank everyone for their prayers during this time. There must be hundreds or even thousands that are praying all over the world. Our greatest comfort is knowing that he will be with the Lord and not have to suffer any more.
Prayer Requests:
1. Continue to pray for my father and family during this time.
2. Pray for us as we make arrangements for our trip back to Bolivia.
3. Pray for the funds needed to buy land and build a church building.
4. Pray as we are still in the process of getting our documents in order for Bolivia.
