]]> In 2006, Vision Baptist Church became a local, independent Church, started by just a handful of believers determined to change the world for the glory of the Lord Jesus. In the five years that have passed between then and now, God has greatly used this church all over the world.

And so, on March 20th, we will have a special Sunday to celebrate the 5th anniversary of our church. Most new church plants die within three years, but God has richly blessed vision Baptist, and we have made it well past that point!

And not only are we past that mark, but God has accomplished so much more with us than we ever expected in such a short time! We have 11 missionaries sent from Vision Baptist Church to 8 different countries on 5 different continents!

Join us on March 20th, starting at 9:30am as we celebrate all that God has done in our 5 years as Vision Baptist Church! There will be a Chili cook off competition and a Dessert bake off as well! With such a friendly church, there is no way that this could not be a great time of fellowship, fun, and most importantly, the glorification of God!

]]> Celebration Sunday is coming up on March 20th, and Vision Baptist Church will be turning 5 years old! We are planning a spectacular celebration, including a chili cook off and a dessert bake off!

For the Chili Cook off, there will be three categories judged:
1-People’s favorite chili
2-Judges favorite chili
3-Spiciest chili

For the bake off, there will also be three categories judged:
1-People’s favorite dessert
2-Judges favorite dessert
3-Sweetest dessert

The winner of each category will receive a prize to show off their cooking prowess! This will be an exciting time to contest and exercise our cooking skills against each other, and a great time of fellowship and fun!
