Class Name: The Bridge Builders

Teacher: John Pearson

Group focus: Career and professional

Overview: The Bridge Builders purpose is to glorify God with our lives and all that He has made us to be.  We are a group of career and professional people at Vision Baptist Church that desire to grow in our hearing and our doing of the Bible.   We believe that through our profession we can give witness to what Jesus Christ has done in our lives and we can make disciples for Him

Currently Studying: Our first quarter study is on leadership principals from the book of Timothy

Upcoming Events: Outside of class, we like to spend time together having fun.  The above picture is from a recent class cook-off.

Class Name: CONN3CT

Teacher: Trent Cornwell

Group focus: Young couples

Overview: We were created by young couples with a desire to see other young “couples connected in Christ”! We hope you will visit, experience, and join the pursuit of living out a marriage in Christ! We are not event driven but focus on having a community that will help young couples grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and each other. We provide this community through various meetings, events, systems, and programs. We hope you will come see what we are all excited about!

Currently Studying: Show and Tell – A serious about the importance of showing Christ to others and telling them about what he has done. If you spend time meditating on the Gospel throughout the day, you will accidentally share it more than you would intentionally going out.

Upcoming Events: Superbowl party at Andrew Pearson’s house after Church on Sunday night!  Also, we have a marriage retreat March 8-9, which we hope all of the couples can attend.

Teacher: Jonathan Marks

Group focus: Singles

Overview: Single Focus is a group of single young adults who are finding answers and living by the answers they have found. Whether it is a Braves game or a home Bible study, every activity of Single Focus is designed to develop a young adult that is ready to meet what is coming their way.

Currently Studying: The doctrines of the Bible

Upcoming Events: On February 11th, we will be headed downtown for a day of shopping and fun.  We will be visiting Phipps Plaza and other areas.

Class Name: Home Improvement

Teacher: Tim Kennell

Group focus: Couples (30 yrs. old to 50 yrs old) – Though everyone is welcome!

Overview: We are a Christ-centered class with a focus to reach all the lost and disciple them.  In our class, we have expository teaching through the books of the Bible.

Currently Studying: We just finished a study on the family.  We are now working our way through the book of Romans.

Upcoming Events: Every quarter, we have a special class outing.  Our next one will be in march!
