Leviticus 26:13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
God reminds the nation of Israel that He is their God. He is the One that rescued them from slavery in the land of Egypt. God gave them their freedom. He returned them their dignity. They should never forget that He is their God.
Do you remember where you were when He saved you? Do you remember how sin had made a slave and a fool of you? Now is the time to walk upright in the dignity that Christ gave you. Never forget what He did to provide you with freedom.
