Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
You put your money where your heart ought to be. If you invest in something, you will learn to love it. Give and love.
You do not love the work of God and maybe wonder why. Could it be that you have nothing invested there? Jesus taught His people that if they put their treasure in, they would find their heart following.
I challenge you to become a giver. I challenge you to love God’s work. I challenge you to invest in your local church. Give to the work of world evangelism and watch your love for souls increase.
You might say that you do not give because you do not see the importance of God’s work. Biblically you do not love His work because you do not give to it.
