I Chronicles 28:19 All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.God spoke to David and showed him what He wanted to be done as He built the temple. God made David understand. God taught David the pattern. David wasn’t building a temple or designing it as he wanted. The plans are laid out. The materials are gathered. Solomon will soon build a temple that David has laid out but only after God showed David what to do. We should live our lives seeking His direction. We may not be building a temple, but He is our God. He is at work in our lives. He is directing our path or should be. Seek God. Listen to Him. Live your life based on the pattern.
