I Samuel 17:45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
David is facing Goliath, the giant. The giant is a warrior with much training and experience. David comes not in his power but the power of God. He comes to defend the God that Goliath has been defaming. David knows that he can win because his cause is just. He knows that God will work because he is there to stand for God.
Today you will decide to serve God and do right in your power or His. God has a purpose for your life. You will not be able to do it all but He can. He will. He will make a difference in your life if you rely on Him.
