Acts 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
The gospel was offered to them. They wouldn’t believe. They refused to believe. They didn’t need Jesus and what He had done on the cross of Calvary. They, the Jews, refused to believe. They rejected the message. For this reason, Paul and Barnabas would turn and preach to the Gentiles.
I want you to notice that they put it from them. They judged themselves not worthy. They chose, they decided not to believe. That is why they didn’t get saved. It wasn’t that God didn’t love them. It wasn’t that God didn’t want them saved. They decided. They rejected.
Today you can be saved if you will but believe. You decide to trust or reject. You decide to believe God or not. I pray that you will not be foolish enough to think that you can reject Jesus and be ok with God.
