Leviticus 10:3 Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the LORD spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace. So often we draw close to God in worship but in some way take the glory that should be His. We often forget that we are worshipping Him. It is to be a reverent time. It is to be realizing that He is God. He alone is to be worshipped. I think we can get used to worship and we allow our worship to lose its awe. I know that I am guilty. I get used to what we do. I take it for granted. I know He deserves my all, my heart, my full worship. As I read this I want to remember Him. I want to think of Him and lift Him high in my worship. Forgive me for flippantly, normally, regularly, worshipping you and not like it was something super special that I get to do! I do not want to lose the awe.
