When things got really bad Jonah knew who to call on. He called on the Lord. He knew that God would hear and answer. He was running but he still knew that God had not moved and had not changed. He called on God and the Lord answered him.
When you are in trouble and hurting very much I pray that you will remember who you are and who you belong to. I hope that more than that you will remember who He is and call on Him. He is there for you right now just waiting on you to see your sin and repent.
