Isaiah 47:10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; And thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.This verse talks about how wicked people think that they are alone. They can do what they want. They can do things that they are ashamed of anyone knowing and no one will know. They think that sin can be hidden. They think that they are the judge all by themselves, not God. Isaiah was letting it be known that they were foolish to think this way. There is a God. He does see and know all things. Their false wisdom was perverting them. Live like God is watching because He is. God, Satan would have me believe that you are not listening to me and do not want to help me. A thousand thoughts can assail me because I am weak and stupid. I know you are God. I know you are at work in our lives. I know you are going to get things done in us. Now please have mercy. Get the building finished. Get us to 300 in Sunday School. Send the rain for the grass. I will trust you. I will not allow Satan to get me off target. I know you are the answer to all that I am and need.
