Isaiah 15:7 Therefore the abundance they have gotten, and that which they have laid up, Shall they carry away to the brook of the willows.
God knows what is going to happen. Here Isaiah knew that Moab would be running for their lives with the things that they had gotten.
God orchestrates some things in the world. He prophesies somethings or tells us what is going to happen. He controls some things. He apparently tells us about others.
Just read the Bible to make sure you know what is happening in the context of the verses you are reading!
