What a tremendous promise we were given. God gave us the sign of a virgin birth. That takes place when Jesus is conceived and born. Centuries before the prophet was told what God was going to do. God’s word came true like it always does.
So Jesus is not just a normal person, not just a man. He is the son of God. He is the one born of a virgin. That is impossible with God doing a miracle.
His name was and is Immanuel. He is God with us. We earthly sinners who had no hope now have hope and salvation through Jesus who came, God in the flesh, and died for us
