Attendance was up this Sunday morning! We were able to see an astounding 265 with us in the morning service. God has been really blessing the church, it is awesome to see the Lord working in the church. One of the things Pastor Gardner taught was imputation. A word that is thrown around a lot, but can be difficult to define. One of the best verses on this topic would be 1 Corinthians 5:21, which shows us that God took our sin and placed it on Christ, then took Christ’s righteousness and placed it on us. Pastor Gardner explained this topic well as well as a few others in this sermon, I encourage you to go back and listen to it if you get the chance. Well, it was the first of the month, and as tradition mandates we had our Q&A service. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with this tradition, every month we have a service that is dedicated to asking Pastor Gardner questions and having him answer them during the evening service. We typically see a good diversity of questions ranging from questions about specific doctrines, what was taught in the sermon (or any previous sermon), marriage, finances, any question you may be struggling with answering. So next time the first sunday of the month rolls around, be sure to submit a question (or two) and show up to hear it be answered. As always, thank you for reading and see you next week.
