Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
Paul knew what God wanted him to do. Paul decided that God’s will for his life was more important than any other thing in this world. He was in danger. He was being warned. His answer was, nothing is going to change what I do. I know what God wants and that is sufficient motivation for me.
As I read that I question, Do you know what God wants you to do? Have you surrendered to Him so that He can use your life, your time, your talents, your treasure for His honor, glory and purposes?
Have you decided that honoring Him is more important than anything that might happen to you?
