Yesterday was one of my most favorite days at Vision since we started. I felt like God really worked. That in spite of the fact that I had the worse attendance in my Sunday School Class since we started the class.
Angel and Betty were my only regulars. We had Johnny Coffey and his wife Jenniffier visiting with us but that was it. Then I walked out into the hall just before the service and 6 of my class were out there. Two others were teaching and preaching in Spanish all day. So it was still a good day even for my class
Then I loved the morning service talking about Walking in Faith. I loved the life of Enoch. Then last night on the mixed marriage between a lost person and a saved person was pretty strong.
I spent the afternoon at Trinity Hills and that was wonderful also. God is doing so much at our church and with our people. I am so grateful.
I was exhausted when I got to bed but it was the very good kind. I love what God is doing with us at Vision and look forward to whatever else He has for us.
I want to ask you to pray for us. Betty and I leave for Peru in just a few hours. We will be taking our first family trip. The Gibby’s provided our tickets because Rhonda saw how little free time we have for the family when I am there preaching.
Thanks to one and all . We will be back in the pulpit a week from Thursday, but you will be in very good hands while I am gone. God bless each of you.
