God is so good!

We just got home from church at 1:16 AM. We left the house at 4:15 PM. I started teaching the leaders at a little after 5 until 6:30. Then at 7 we started the evening service. God moved and two people made professions of faith.

Then we went to Jorge Montenegro’s house to eat supper. Some Cuban believers prepared a special Cuban meal for us. It was a wonderful time of fellowship. In the room were Americans, Peruvians, Argentines, and Cubans. They fixed the meal and we sat and feasted on how good our God is for hours.

I am amazed at how God brings so many together that are from different parts of the world but allows us to have a special love and unity because of our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

I am so excited about how God is working here. There is a tremendous need for indigenous churches that can carry on the work of God here. Kevin and Jorge are working on training leaders and developing a church that can carry on after they are gone.

I want to ask you to pray for Beth White, our missionary wife! She is in her last few days before giving birth to Titus, Lord willing yet she is an excellent host. It is so good to see how God is using this family.

I am excited about having the best church staff in the world. I have heard many comments about how good Trent did preaching on Thursday night. I am so very proud of him and all of you.

This Sunday will be great again. I hope you will invite people to come and be with you. We will also have the privilege this Sunday morning of having Victor Ocampo who was one of the first young men I started with in 1988. You get the privilege of meeting him. With him will be Joe Kotvas, missionary to the deaf, who we support as a missionary. Also will be Henry Vasquez from this same ministry. I have known these men for years. I know you are going to love meeting them.

I thank God for Vision and miss all of you. I am praying for you and want you to know that we love you. God bless.
