Austin & Betty Gardner
Austin and Betty Gardner have been serving in church ministry since they were both nineteen years old. They were church-planting missionaries to the country of Peru, South America for 20 years. Together with a faithful band of men, Austin and his team were able to start over 70 churches in Peru, as well as a Bible college called Peru Baptist College.
Austin and Betty returned to the States in 2005, where he established the ministry of Vision Baptist Church and the Our Generation Training Center, a training program for young missionaries, in Alpharetta, GA.
Austin and Betty have been married since August of 1973. They have four children–Chris, Stephanie, Joy, and David–who are all serving in the ministry today and 16 grandchildren. God has given the Gardners an exciting vision of raising up a team of leaders committed to the cause of missions in order to evangelize the world in our generation.

Trent & Stephanie Cornwell
In 2003, Trent Cornwell spent six months in the ministry of the Our Generation Team in Peru and later graduated from the Our Generation Training Center. Trent currently serves as the Student Pastor of Vision Baptist Church. He leads in the student ministries of the church, serves as a missions mobilizer with Our Generation to recruit and assist young people going to the mission field, and teaches in the Training Center. He works toward seeing students evangelized, established, equipped, and exported to the mission field and the world. He also has the unique opportunity to speak to young people in colleges, high schools, and youth groups nationwide, recruiting and representing the Our Generation ministry.
Trent leads in the development and advancement of the student ministries in the churches that are planted throughout the Vision Church Planting Network. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married since 2006 and have two children named Thatcher and Tinsley.

Robert and Kelli Canfield
Robert Canfield serves as the Pastoral Assistant to Pastor Gardner, as well as the Director of Children’s Ministries at Vision Baptist Church. He also serves as the Director of the Our Generation Training Center, a local church ministry of Vision Baptist Church dedicated to fulfilling the example of Christ outlined in II Timothy 2:2 and to seeing missionaries, pastors, and church-leaders trained.
Robert and his wife, Kelli, spent 6 months on the mission field of Arequipa, Peru and they both graduated from the Our Generation Training Center in 2010. They have been married since 2007 and have a daughter named Charlotte.

Ronald and Asunta Tubillas
Ronald Tubillas serves as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vision. Ronald is from Peru where he attended the Peru Baptist College and later planted and pastored a church. He has trained many young men that are now in full-time ministry and others that are still preparing. Ronald started a second Spanish ministry in Norcross, Georgia with Trinity Hill Baptist Church, and he also travels with missionary representative Mark Coffey to present the ministry of the Peru Baptist College. He and his wife, Asunta, have two children, Shurama and Tabatha.

Warren and Judy Frick
Warren Frick serves as the Senior Saint’s Pastor at Vision Baptist Church and is our newest staff member. He comes with a vast amount of pastoral experience having served as pastor of several churches in the midwest. He and his wife, Judy, have been married since 1971, and they have two sons, Daniel and Darin.

John & Sandy Pearson
John Pearson serves as the Treasurer of Vision Baptist Church and teaches an adult Bible study called Bridge Builders and several classes in the Training Center. He is also the coordinator of Foundations, the discipleship ministry of Vision Baptist Church. John and his wife, Sandy, have been married since 1984 and have 3 children–Andrew, Kristen, and Kathryn.

Philip & Lori Bassham
Philip Bassham helped start Vision Baptist Church in 2005, served as its Music Director until 2010, and taught the singles adult Bible study “Single Focus” and several different classes in the Training Center. Philip and his wife, Lori, are currently on deputation raising support to go to the country of Thailand.

Mark & Amy Coffey
Mark helped start Vision Baptist Church in 2005, taught a couples Sunday School class and in the Our Generation Training Center, served as the director of Vision Baptist Missions, and traveled as a missionary-representative for the Peru Bible College. Currently, he is on deputation to go to the country of South Africa. He and his wife, Amy, have five children–Tyler, Chase, Emilee, Luke, and Addison.

Wayne & Lina Cooke
Wayne and Lina are members of Vision on deputation to Columbia. Wayne came to Vision as a church planter and missions advocate. He has partnered with Vision, served as a teacher in an adult Sunday School class and in the Training Center, and worked with Pastor Ronald Tubillas in the Spanish ministry of both Vision and Trinity Hill. Wayne and Lina have 3 children–Alex, Jordan, and Abigail.

Chris & Kathy Fies
Chris and Kathy are members of Vision currently on deputation. They are heading up a ministry, called Voice in the Villages, that partners with local missionaries and seeks out church leaders in rural areas to give them the training and resources they need to do the job of church leadership. While at Vision, Chris worked in the youth department, taught a teen Sunday School class, and also served in the Spanish ministry of Vision and Trinity Hill as a pianist and Sunday School teacher.

Chris & Andria Gardner
Chris and Andria are members of Vision and are the first missionaries sent out of our church to the foreign field. They are serving the Lord as church-planting missionaries in Arequipa, Peru. Chris also works with Macedonia World Baptist Missions as the Spanish Speaking South American Director. He is the dean of the Peru Baptist College and president of Television Mundial and has also been a teacher at the Training Center. He and Andria have four children–Jacob, Hannah, Andrew, and Joshua.

David and Katie Gardner are members of Vision and church-planting missionaries to the country of Peru. David is the youth and worship pastor and music director at Iglesia Bautista Omega and a teacher at the Peru Baptist College. David has also taught at the Training Center. Jason and Lori Holt
Jason and Lori Holt are missionaries working in Santiago, Chile planting churches, establishing a Bible institute, training men and women, and much more. They are currently raising funds in order to buy more land to build churches all around Chile. Jason has also taught at the Our Generation Training Center. He and Lori have 3 children–Katie, Josh, and Andrew.

Tyler & Gretchen Masters
Tyler and Gretchen Masters are missionaries to North Africa and have been serving on the border of Morocco and Spain. They are currently going through language school and ministering to a church and to several other contacts inside Morocco. While at Vision, Tyler taught several classes at the Training Center. He and Gretchen have two children, Norah and Judson.

Miguel & Liz Murillo
Miguel and Liz are graduates of the Peru Baptist College and are members of Vision Baptist Church. They are church-planting missionaries in the country of Peru and head up the Peru Baptist College. Miguel also pastors 3 churches. He and Liz have 3 children–Andrea, Miguel, and Gabriela.

Scott & Melissa Newton
Scott and Melissa Newton served at Vision for three years after completing Bible college in Portugal, where Scott was raised in a missionary family. While at Vision, Scott taught a Sunday school class and in the Training Center, wrote and directed dramas, and started a home Bible study group. They are currently raising support as church-planters to Barcelona, Spain. They have one daughter named Elena.

Travis & Teri Snode
Travis and Teri Snode are missionaries to Ireland and the United Kingdom, and they have been planting churches, discipling men and women, starting up a Bible institute, and much more. They live in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland and have 3 children–Grant, Darci, and Cali.

Mark & Natasha Tolson
Mark has worked at Vision since the very first service in December of 2005. He finished his schooling at the Our Generation Training Center in May of 2007 and then worked at the church as a pastoral assistant, Sunday school teacher, and Training Center teacher. He and his wife, Natasha, serve in China and are currently in language school. They have one daughter, Ava.
