May 28- June 7, 2010- Missions trip to Peru and Chile with Burden Ministries Newport, NC

Passports,Visas, and Shots  

• You need to apply for your passport by February 1, 2010.  You can do that through your local courthouse or post office.  You will need a couple of passport photos, two pieces of identification, and the required fee.  It takes about 2 months to get your passport so please start early.  Call your local courthouse to be sure of what you will need to do.  
• You are welcome to talk to your local health department for recommended shots but we do not require you to get any shots.    
• You will receive your tourist visa on the plane.  You simply fill it out and they will take care of it in immigrations once we land in Lima. Do not lose the sheet of paper they returned to you stamped. You will need to turn it back in when you leave the country.

Atlanta, GA to Lima, Peru- 5:15pm

Land in Lima, Peru- 10:47pm

2. May 29, 2010

Lima, Peru to Arequipa, Peru- 11:00am

Land in Arequipa, Peru- 7:15pm

3. June 6, 2010

Arequipa, Peru to Lima, Peru- 10:00am

Land in Lima at- 11:15am

4. June 7, 2010

Lima, Peru to Atlanta, GA- 12:25am

Land in Atlanta, GA- 8:15am

Day to Day Itinerary:  

Day 1- Friday- Fly from Atlanta to Lima.  

Day 2- Saturday- Fly from Lima to Arequipa, visit with missionaries and pastors and pass out tracts

Day 3- Sunday- Attend 5 churches and particpate in their services

Day 4- Monday- Visit the Peru Bible College, printing ministry, TV ministry, assist in different ministries, and attend evening church service.

Day 5- Tuesday- Travel to the city of Tacna, Peru for evangelistic outreach and service.

Day 6- Wednesday- Travel to Arica, Chile to meet up with missionary Jason Holt.   

Day 7- Thusday- Pass out tracts and shop for souvenirs. Attend evangelistic service in the evening.

Day 8- Friday- Travel to Tacna, Peru and fly out to Lima.

Day 8-Saturday- Visit the Efata Deaf ministry, tour Lima, and fly from Lima to Atlanta

Day 9- Sunday- Attend churches services in Lima.

Day 10- Head back to the states
