Birthplace: My name is Jamilton Zuniga Pineda. My parents are Johnny Monteagudo Manrique and Teodocia Pineda Pineda. I have 5 siblings; they are Marcos Monteagudo Pineda, Jhenny Monteagudo Pineda, Deliz Monteagudo Pineda, Brando Monteagudo Pineda, and Jimben Monteagudo Pineda. I was born March 9, 1980 in Arequipa , Peru .

How I came to know Christ: God used a sister from the church who visited me and invited me and my siblings to church. I came to know the Lord through the ministry of the church there. Later, I married that sister with whom I have 2 precious children. I am now praying that they will be saved and baptized soon.

My Calling into the Ministry: After I got married, I moved to the Cerro Colorado district in Pachacutec because my wife knew of a church there. I worked in a tannery for 2 and ½ years, but through my pastor's messages I decided to serve Christ. First, I prayed; and the Lord opened doors. Now, I am a student at the Macedonia Baptist Seminary where I am preparing to start a church and evangelize people who do not know the love of Christ. The Seminary is a great help to all who are training to serve God. I believe that God is blessing the city of Arequipa He is giving me the faith I need to prepare myself so that I will be able to take His Word to the world.

My Plans for the Fture: First, I would like to prepare myself very well, studying how to give the Word of God. Also, I would like to prepare my family, as I am the spiritual leader of my family. I am praying too that God will use me. I would like to go wherever He leads me to work for Him. The world needs to be evangelized; and, in order to evangelize it, we need strength. I believe that we must help one another to continue working in the work of Christ.
