Austin & Betty Gardner

Pastor

Austin and Betty Gardner have been working in church ministry since the age of nineteen. After starting and pastoring a church in North Georgia, the Lord sent him and his family to the country of Peru in South America as missionaries, where they served for eighteen years. God blessed the work there and allowed the team he worked with to plant over seventy churches, a Bible college, and a TV station.

Austin also founded the Baptist College for World Evangelism, a training program for young missionaries. Austin and Betty have been married since August of 1973. They have four children who are all serving in the ministry today. God has given them an exciting vision of evangelizing the world in our generation by raising up a team of leaders committed to the cause.

Trent & Stephanie Cornwell

Assistant Pastor

Trent leads up the different ministries of Our Generation and seeks to make a difference for world evangelism as a mobilizer to recruit and assist young people going to the mission field. He has the opportunity to speak in colleges and high schools nationwide, recruiting and representing Baptists Committed to World Evangelism and Our Generation. 

Trent leads the development and advancement of  the student ministries in the churches that are planted through the Vision Church Planting Network. He is the Student Pastor at Vision Baptist Church | Alpharetta.

Director of Vision Baptist Mission...

We now have men in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Uruguay and Venezuela. Much more has to be done if we want to reach the more than 350 million people in Central and South America .

Ronald & Asunta Tubillas

Spanish Pastor

Ronald and Asunta Tubillas serve as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vision. Ronald is from Peru where he was a very succesful pastor for nine years. He has trained many young men that are now in full-time ministry and others that are still preparing. Ronald is a powerful preacher and a great asset to the Vision Team.

John & Sandy Pearson

Finances

John Pearson serves as the Treasurer of Vision and teaches the Adult Bible Study. John Pearson is also the founder of Businessmen Committed to World Evangelism. BCWE, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides the framework for local churches to operate a businessmen's ministry of leadership training in world evangelism.
