Dear Vision,
December is here. This is always a busy time of the year but 2009 is going to be one of those years that we will not forget. We, as a church, are going to be very busy and there is going to be a lot of change.
First, our teen and adult Sunday Schools are going to be meeting together in the auditorium for several weeks. I will be teaching the class. This is because we are currently preparing this building to be returned to its owner and we are getting ready to move to our new location.
Secondly, we are moving. I know you know that but be praying for all of this. Our new address in just a few days will be 1125 Alpha Drive, Alpharetta. Not far away and going to be a much better location for the church.
Thirdly, we are going to have our first adult Christmas play on December 20th. I hope you have that on your calendar and will begin inviting your friends.
There is a lot more going on but just let me ask you to be praying. Pray that God will provide the funds to fix our current building, set up our new building, and continue to do all the ministries that we have. Mark your calendar for our special Christmas service, December 22nd at 7:15. We will have the Lord’s supper, testimonies, caroling, and much more.
Pray for me that I will be a pastor that brings honor and glory to our King. I want to be what God would have me to be and I thank you for being so kind to Betty and me.
