Sunday was an exceptionally good day all round. Several people have told me that in emails and in person. In the morning we had Philip’s grand dad sing and he was a blessing to everyone.
Glen Phipps has been greatly used of God for many years and was a tremendous blessing both in the morning service and the evening. He sang specials and preached. Someone saw tears streaming down faces and another man said–that is one cool guy! Imagine a life of service for 82 years now.
We also told my parents good bye as they leave to live in Harriman, Tennessee. They have been with us since we first started the church and been a blessing. I hope you will continue to pray for them.
In the evening we had the privilege of having the Buttermilk Biscuit Boys with us and the entire church seemed to really enjoy them.
I am excited about the way God is blessing our church and thank God for the privilege of serving Him with you.
