God blessed in many ways this week in the Youth Congress here in Santiago, Chile. Several made professions of faith, many others made decisions and got things right with God.
Tonight there were something like 193 people in attendance. Literally the place was packed out and though it was cold outside and in by the time I was half way through preaching I was sweating. That many bodies can sure warm up a place. I have now preached or taught 7 times since Wednesday.
I am having a blast and so very proud of what God is doing in and through our missionaries.
I hope each of you will make plans to visit the mission field every year or at most every two or three years.
Keep praying I am still scheduled to preach, speak, or teach like 4 times and my throat is in pretty rough shape. I will be flying out again on Monday evening and back at my house on Tuesday morning–Lord willing.
On another note Betty is at the Grady emergency room with Andrew and Holly Pearson. We all need to pray that God will work in Andrew’s life and meet their many needs in this moment.
