Wonderful Sunday, January 28, 2007!
Well what can I say! Today God richly blessed us and I am very thankful to Him for all that He did today. I hope you are as excited and grateful to God as I am. We had 99 in Sunday School, 134 in the morning service, and 76 in the evening. God allowed us to see 9 of our people baptized today. What a wonderful day!
I could never explain to you how excited I am to have the opportunity to serve God with Vision Baptist Church. These are the most exciting days of my life and I praise God for what He is allowing us to do.
This afternoon we had 32 people to be with us for the World Evangelism Committee. What a blessing to learn about what God wants to do with us as we try to work as a church to reach the world with the gospel messge.
Now I am in Dearing, Georgia sitting upstairs in the living room while my daughter is in the basement with the midwife getting ready to give birth to number 5. I thank you for praying for Stephanie and for little Matthew who is about to come into this world.
Depending on how long I am going to be up I will get you some posts up about the services and also some baptism pictures. Let me say one more time that I am so privileged and blessed to have the opportunity to work with you. Pastoring Vision Baptist Church is the dream of a life time. I believe with all my heart that we are poised to see God do some great and wonderful things. Thank you for allowing me to work with each of you.
