Austin & Betty GardnerAustin and Betty Gardner have been working in church ministry since the age of nineteen. After starting and pastoring a church in North Georgia, the Lord sent him and his family to the country of Peru in South America as missionaries, where they served for eighteen years. God blessed the work there and allowed the team he worked with to plant over seventy churches, a Bible college, and a TV station. Austin also founded the Baptist College for World Evangelism, a training program for young missionaries. Austin and Betty have been married since August of 1973. They have four children who are all serving in the ministry today. God has given them an exciting vision of evangelizing the world in our generation by raising up a team of leaders committed to the cause. Trent leads up the different ministries of Our Generation and seeks to make a difference for world evangelism as a mobilizer to recruit and assist young people going to the mission field. He has the opportunity to speak in colleges and high schools nationwide, recruiting and representing Baptists Committed to World Evangelism and Our Generation. Trent leads the development and advancement of the student ministries in the churches that are planted through the Vision Church Planting Network. Ronald & Asunta TubillasRonald and Asunta Tubillas serve as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vision. Ronald is from Peru where he was a very succesful pastor for nine years. He has trained many young men that are now in full-time ministry and others that are still preparing. John & Sandy PearsonJohn Pearson serves as the Treasurer of Vision and teaches the Adult Bible Study. John Pearson is also the founder of Businessmen Committed to World Evangelism. BCWE, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides the framework for local churches to operate a businessmen's ministry of leadership training in world evangelism. Philip & Lori BasshamPhilip Bassham works here at the church leading the music services and teaches the Young Singles Adult Bible study "Single Focus" which he started here at the church. Philip is planning on being a missionary to the country of Thailand in Southeast Asia and is training here in the church before leaving for the field. Chris and Andria are members of Vision Baptist Church and serve God in Arequipa, Peru. Chris is a church planting missionary and also serves with Macedonia World Baptist Missions as the Spanish Speaking South America Director. Mark & Natasha TolsonMark has worked at Vision since the very first service in December of 2005. He finished his schooling at the Our Generation Training Center in May of 2007 and then worked at the church as a pastoral assistant and started the "Asian Bible Fellowship." God has called them to take the good news of Jesus Christ to the largst nation on earth, China! Mark & Amy CoffeyThis family travels full time promoting the work in Areqipa, Peru, South America. The Peru Baptist College is a key to our starting churches and training leaders in South America and around the world. Without well-equipped servants, we will not be able to reach this world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We now have men in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Uruguay and Venezuela. Much more has to be done if we want to reach the more than 350 million people in Central and South America . Ronald & Asunta TubillasRonald served for many years in Arequipa, Peru. He worked along side Chris Gardner and our pastor in the Peru Baptist College. He was also the pastor of a church that was used greatly to send many students to the college every year.
